Where are your products made?
Every piece of Beames Designs! is lovingly made in our studio here in New York’s Hudson Valley.

How do I contact Beames Designs?
We would love to hear from you! Feel free to email us at info@beames.com. Or call us at 1-800-494-3477. Our phones are open 9am5pm, MondayFriday EST.   We are a very small handmade company and some times life happens and we are called away from the studio.  Please leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How do I return or exchange an item?

How fast will my order be delivered?
We strive to get each order out as quickly as possible.  When we confirm your order we will give you an estimated time as to when your order will ship.  Please keep in mind that we are a very small handmade company and there is only so much we can produce in a given time period.  And although we try to keep stock on hand, often we need to make the items ordered.  Please allow 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.  


What are your shipping charges?
We ship throughout the United States and Canada via UPS or US Postal Service.  

Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?
Not at this time.

Do you offer wholesale orders?
We are happy to work with wholesale accounts.  If you are interested in selling our line in your brick & mortar or online store, please reach out to us at info@beames.com or 1-800-494-3477.

Is my personal information secure?
Yes, your personal information is for in-store use only. We do not give out our customer information to any other persons or businesses.

How do I know if the necklace will be the right length?
Please see the length chart or measure your favorite necklace to get the right length for you.
