Where are your products made?
Every piece of Beames Designs! is lovingly made in our studio here in New York’s Hudson Valley.
How do I contact Beames Designs?
We would love to hear from you! Feel free to email us at info@beames.com. Or call us at 1-800-494-3477. Our phones are open 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday EST. We are a very small handmade company and some times life happens and we are called away from the studio. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How fast will my order be delivered?
We strive to get each order out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a very small handmade company and there is only so much we can produce in a given time period. And although we try to keep stock on hand, often we need to make the items ordered. Please allow 1-2 weeks plus shipping time.
How do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States and Canada via UPS or US Postal Service.
Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?
Not at this time.
Do you offer complimentary gift wrapping and cards?
We are always happy to wrap it up for you and include whatever message you would like at no charge. Just mention this in the comments section when you order.
Can the shards cylinder be replaced if broken?
Absolutely! We are happy to send you a replacement tube with instructions (don't worry, it is really simple to do). There is no charge for the replacement tube, we only ask for you to pay the shipping cost. You can order this right from our "Jewish Wedding Gifts" page.
Do I need to send you the shards to fill the cylinder on the Wedding pieces?
No, we make it really easy to do yourself. Instructions are included, but the gist of it is:
~ Please use care if you need to further breakdown the shards
~ Put a sheet of paper underneath the piece
~ Remove cork
~ Create a funnel with a piece of paper, fill the paper with the shards, pour into
cylinder.
~ Gently and carefully place cork in top. If desired, you can put a dab of clear silicone between tube and cork to hold in place.
Please be careful handling the glass.
Do you offer wholesale orders?

Is my personal information secure?
Yes, your personal information is for in-store use only. We do not give out our customer information to any other persons or businesses.
Do you collect sales tax?
Since our business in located in New York State, NY residents are charged sales tax.
How do I know if the necklace will be the right length?
Please see the length chart or measure your favorite necklace to get the right length for you.
