Returns and Exchanges

We are a very small handmade company and take great pride in both our designs and the quality of our workmanship.  We want you to be absolutely delighted with your pieces.  If for some reason you are not, please contact us immediately so that we can make it right.

Returns

  • Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receipt
  • Return item within 14 days of receipt in original condition and with the original packing and a copy of the invoice or packing slip
  • Please be sure that your email and phone number are included
  • Custom or personalized pieces are not returnable, unless there was an error on our part
  • Customer is responsible for the cost of original and return shipping (unless there is a quality problem with the piece).  We suggest USPS first class or Priority Mail with tracking number
  • Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the piece here in the studio


Exchanges
